ΕΙΣΟΔΟΣ ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΗ
Περίπου 200.000 νέοι γεννημένοι ή/και μεγαλωμένοι στην Ελλάδα δεν έχουν τα δικαιώματα που οι υπόλοιποι πολίτες θεωρούν δεδομένα. Οι νέοι μεταναστευτικής καταγωγής, ή δεύτερη γενιά όπως αποκαλούνται, έχουν περάσει όλη, ή σχεδόν όλη, τη ζωή τους εδώ. Αυτός είναι ο τόπος που καλύτερα γνωρίζουν και η Ελληνική είναι γι’ αυτούς η γλώσσα που καλύτερα μιλούν. Είναι οι γείτονες, οι φίλοι, οι συνάδελφοι, οι συμμαθητές και συμφοιτητές μας, όλοι κάτοικοι αυτής της πόλης, εξίσου Αθηναίοι, μα χωρίς τα ίδια δικαιώματα.
Την Κυριακή 1η Μαρτίου από τις 11 έως τις 3, στην αίθουσα Δ12 της Τεχνόπολης στο Γκάζι, η ομάδα Plus των Atenistas και το Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity, με την στήριξη του Δήμου Αθηναίων (φιλοξενία εκδήλωσης στην Τεχνόπολη), σας προσκαλούν σε μια ξεχωριστή δράση. Μέσω βιωματικών παιχνιδιών, συζητήσεων και ενημέρωσης μπορούμε όλοι να μπούμε στη θέση των νέων αυτών, να συζητήσουμε τα διάφορα ζητήματα που αντιμετωπίζουν μετά την ενηλικίωσή τους, να γνωρίσουμε το νομικό και κοινωνικό πλαίσιο που ισχύει σήμερα. Θα δοθεί στους ίδιους φωνή να μιλήσουν και να πουν την ιστορία τους και σε όλους μας μια μοναδική ευκαιρία να σπάσουμε κάποια στερεότυπα.
Ταυτόχρονα, θα υπάρχουν βιωματικά παιχνίδια για μικρά παιδιά, εφήβους και ενήλικες, ενώ σε όλη τη διάρκεια της εκδήλωσης θα παρέχονται, από ειδικούς της ομάδας Generation 2.0, υπηρεσίες συμβουλευτικής σε όλους τους νέους μεταναστευτικής καταγωγής που ενδιαφέρονται για τη διαδικασία έκδοσης ή ανανέωσης της άδειας διαμονής τους καθώς και διαδικασία κτήσης της ελληνικής ιθαγένειας.

Approximately 200.000 young people that have been born and/or raised in Greece do not have the civil rights that other citizens take for granted. The young people of immigrant origin – often referred to as second generation – have spent their entire life, or its majority, here. Greece is the home they grew up in and know best, and Greek is the language they speak best. They are our neighbours, friends, colleagues, classmates and fellow students, all equal citizens of Athens, but without the same civil rights.
On Sunday, March 1st from 11 am to 3 pm the team of Atenistas Plus in cooperation with Generation 2.0 for Rights, Equality & Diversity and the support of the Municipality of Athens (action host Technopolis), invite you to a special event that will take place in Technopolis, Gazi (room D12). Through experiential games, discussions and exchange of information, we can all understand and appreciate the position of these young people, discuss the various issues they face when becoming adults, and familiarize ourselves with the legal and social context that is applicable today. Young people of immigrant origin will have the chance to speak and tell us their story themselves, and we will all have a unique opportunity to break out of some stereotypes.
Simultaneously, the event will host experiential games for young children, teenagers and adults. Throughout the day, experts of the group Generation 2.0 will be providing support and counseling services to all people of immigrant background who are interested in the process of issuing or renewing their residence permits and will be advising them on the acquisition process of the Greek nationality.
